Not sure how you use crystal tube for washed in the blood as washed in the blood is a paper and crystal tube is a tube with 3 silks that become joined! so can you explaine a bit more incase the names have been muddled

This is a nice easy trick to do and very visual, great for easter presentations.

Set the tube up as per instructions and show the 3 coloured silks one at a time. explain the colours and what they represent, God the father, you and me and jesus.

explaine how the father wants a relationship with each of us how jusus came to die and rise again to bring it about for all who ask and how we will never know real life if we try to exist out side of friendship with God. as each silk is pushed into the tube again go over the reason jesus came and died.

talk about the breath of god gives life as it did at creation and how jesus breathed on the disciples, blow into the tube and catch the joined silks explaining again only jesus is the way to the father.

               have fun.

                      blessings

Lotta bowl, again you can use it to show the never ending supply of gods love , the river of God never ends, elijah and the widows vase of oil. take a bowl with you and several glasses. when you finish pouring place finger over the hole and show that now there is an overflow of water as it wont all go back in the vase.

I've used the lotta vase only once, in a church parade.

We were doing the story of Noah, and I explained that after they went into the ark, it started to rain. So they watched a DVD of "Jungle book", but afterwards they found it was still raining. Then they read "101 dalamatians" ..... still raining, played snakes and ladders .... still raining, and so on.

The younger boys tried to work out how it was done, some of the Scouts said they knew and wanted me to confirm it - but I didn't crack!

Did story of Isaac's servant going on the journey to get wife for him.Remember he took ten camels.  And his 'fleece' was that the right girl would say that she'd give him  a drink AND his camels.  And so Rebecca was to eventually marry Isaac. The lotta vase easily pours out ten times.s  Linked this with New testament and Jesus with woman at well, promising her 'living' water.  Liked Magic Rev's suggestion of refilling it to illustrate 'abundant' supply.  Well done Paul.
